Classic and gold category cards of international systems issued by the institution support PayPass contactless payment technology. Payment for the release of "plastic" can be carried out at the expense of the enterprise-employer of the applicant.

The terms of service for cards issued under payroll projects provide for the possibility of establishing an overdraft in the national currency. The limit is provided only for the main card. Possible loan terms are 3, 6 months and 1 year. The applicable annual rate is 40%.

The loan limit is set on an individual basis depending on the solvency of the cardholder. However, in any case, it will not exceed the maximum allowed by the bank - the equivalent of EUR 3,000. The calculation is carried out according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus at the time of consideration of the application and the assessment of the client's creditworthiness.

To obtain an overdraft, the owner must contact the bank branch where the card account is serviced. At the same time, the required package of documents is minimal:

  • application form;
  • identity document of the applicant - a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus / residence permit / refugee certificate / passport of a citizen of a foreign state.

Currency card of Priorbank

The line of payment "plastic" with a currency card account is represented by the following products*:

The cards are valid for 4 years. Produced "plastic" is protected by a magnetic strip and a microchip. Identification of a currency card of the MasterCard system is also carried out using PayPass technology.

Cash withdrawal in the account currency through ATMs and cash desks of the issuer is not charged. Also, no commission will be charged when receiving money at the institutions of partner banks - Belagroprombank and BPS-Sberbank. Cash withdrawal in machines / cash desks of other financial institutions is subject to payment - 2% of the amount, min. 3 USD/ EUR, 50 RUB.

It is possible to issue a currency card to a client in the following ways:

  • upon personal application to the nearest office of the issuer;
  • through the user's personal account - for existing customers;
  • through the institution's website. To do this, select the desired product on the online application page. Fill out the registration form, indicating in it personal and passport data.

Applying for a card remotely is available only to citizens of the republic. For non-residents of the Republic of Belarus, the product is issued only at service centers.

Priorbank pension card

The bank issues cards linked to the account for receiving payments to the participants of its pension program. Only “plastic” is released free of charge within the product national system Belkart. The account holder has the right to order the issue of a card of international categories. At the same time, installment payment for the issue for six months and 1 year is provided, except for the card of the Electron category.

The product linked to the card account provides for the possibility of obtaining a loan in the form of an overdraft. Its limit is limited to a maximum amount of 2.5 million BYR. The loan term is 12 months at 40% per annum.

The following options are available for obtaining information about the status and extracting it:

  • in the bank's customer service center;
  • at ATMs/info kiosks of the issuer;
  • through remote access channels: Internet banking, mobile banking.

So, for example, a user of an Internet banking service is able to request a statement for a card product in personal account resource. For this:

  • After authorization in the system, go to the "Payment cards" subcategory of the "My products" section.

  • Mark the required product and click "Extract" in the "Card Information" subsection.

  • Select the date for the generation of the statement.

  • Get familiar with the document.

If necessary, the client is able to print the generated statement by clicking on the link "printed version".

How to block a Priorbank card

The cardholder has the right to block it. There are three types of blocking:

  • temporary;

The procedure can be carried out in the following ways:

  1. By contacting the round-the-clock support service for card product holders of the bank by phone +37517-289-92-92.
  2. With the help of the connected mobile bank by generating and sending SMS / USSD commands. The phone number from which the message is sent must be registered with the bank and linked to the card.
  3. Through the personal account of the user of the Internet banking system and its mobile version. For this you need:
  • select the necessary one from the list of cards and go to the "lock/unlock" widget in the "card management" subsection;

  • set the type of operation;

  • receive an informational message about the results of the operation.

How to unlock a Priorbank card

The owner of the card is able to independently unlock it using remote access systems. True, the procedure is available only on a card with a temporary blocking. To do this, the client of the institution must:

  • In the personal account of the Internet bank, in the parameters of the blocked product, select the item "unblock - the card is active". You will need to enter an authorization code.
  • Through SMS / USSD command services, send requests in the same format as when blocking the product.

Blocked due to loss/theft, the product activation procedure is available only upon personal contact of the holder with the Priorbank banking services center.

If you accidentally entered the wrong PIN code while withdrawing funds through an ATM, then after 3 unsuccessful attempts your card will also be automatically blocked.

In order to unblock it, you need to contact the information desk of Belarusbank ASB. After passing the identification, you can re-enter the pin code.

Note! after unlocking, you have only one entry attempt, if the operation is not successful, the card will be blocked again and actions will need to be performed again.
