1. Construction, reconstruction of linear facilities that provide connection (technological connection) of facilities capital construction to existing electrical networks, networks of engineering and technical support (heat, gas, water supply, sanitation), provided that such connection (technological connection) of capital construction objects does not require the construction and (or) reconstruction of existing electrical networks, networks of engineering technical support and that such linear objects are:

d) water pipes and conduits of all types with a diameter of up to 500 mm;
e) linear sewerage facilities with a diameter of up to 1000 mm.
2. Construction, reconstruction of an object that is part of an existing linear facility, provided that such construction, reconstruction is carried out in the right of way of the existing linear facility (in the security zone of the existing linear facility if the establishment of the right of way is not provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation) and do not change the boundaries of zones with special conditions for the use of territories established in connection with the placement of an existing linear facility, and that the total area of the said facility does not exceed 500 sq. meters, the height does not exceed 12 meters, the number of floors does not exceed 2 floors.
