The article will only touch upon the issues of full name, citizenship and identity documents. The material turned out to be somewhat chaotic due to the fact that it contains only personal experience without retelling well-known facts and citing official documents.

First, about the last name, first name and patronymic. Firstly, it is not always obvious to a simple Russian person that there may not be a patronymic. Moreover, it may not be like that of foreigners (which is understandable).
